- Please be advised that if the reason for return is a damaged item, missing parts, etc., you will need to send us images of the product within 5 business days upon receipt, receive a confirmation on the return and we will be handling it at our expense.
- I’m running a very small business and I can’t refund orders due to buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.
- Wrong or insufficient Address or unclaimed postage by the courier, will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once the updated address is confirmed.
